Transportation

  • Transportation is provided for students living inside the RSCO transportation zone. Review the transportation zone map to determine eligibility.
    • RSCO does not provide door-to-door transportation. Bus stops vary and may include stops in your neighborhood or centralized locations in or near your town. Typically, centralized bus stops are not within walking distance of a student’s home. Families are responsible for transportation to the bus stop.
    • Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Windsor, Wethersfield, and Berlin residents receive transportation through their home district. Contact the district’s transportation office for more information.
  • For students living outside the transportation zone, families may transport their child to an existing stop within the transportation zone or provide their own transportation. A reimbursement stipend is available for families who live outside the transportation zone and bring their child to school.
