The following priorities are used in the placement process and can increase the chance of a placement if the school has available seats. CONTINUING THE MAGNET EXPERIENCE!
The Academy of International Studies Elementary 5th grade students have a direct pathway to 6th grade at Academy of International Studies 6 to 12. To be eligible for this pathway, applicants must submit an on-time RSCO online application with Academy of International Studies 6 to 12 as their first choice.

Grade 5 students enrolled in Academy of International Studies Elementary School may also receive a pathway priority when applying to the following schools:

  • Academy of Aerospace and Engineering
  • Academy of Computer Science and Engineering Middle School
