The Early College Advanced Manufacturing Pathway (ECAMPTM) at Goodwin University is a full-year, half-day magnet program for 12th-grade students. Our program provides cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing, focusing on innovation, technology, and sustainability. Our students spend half their day at Goodwin University, earning 21 college credits and engaging with industry partners across Greater Hartford. ECAMPTM graduates leave with the skills needed to thrive in today&rsquo;s competitive manufacturing landscape, opening doors to rewarding careers in industries like aerospace, robotics, and medical devices.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATON

<ul>
	<li>Students must live in the Greater Hartford region and&nbsp;be&nbsp;enrolled in their town&#39;s public high school.</li>
	<li>Students must have completed their 11th-grade graduation requirements, which may range from 18 to 21 high school credits depending on their school district.</li>
</ul>

Families should check with their child&rsquo;s school counselor to confirm eligibility.

FUTURE READINESS 
We provide a hands-on curriculum that equips students with the knowledge and skills for high-paying entry-level positions in advanced manufacturing. Our program also helps students develop project management experience, positioning them for future success as engineers. Through partnerships with industry leaders, we ensure that graduates are ready to enter the workforce or continue their education with a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing.

To receive priority, you must apply during the on-time application period and make the school your first choice. Applicants receive priority in the order listed below.

	<li>All students participate in free OSHA-10 training, ensuring industry-specific knowledge and safety skills</li>

Special Features

The Advanced Manufacturing theme provides students with the skills and training required for a career in the high-demand advanced manufacturing field. Through hands-on experience on state-of-the art technology equipment, students develop the skills to prepare them for future careers and/or advanced education in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and more.
